Bringing the best of three worlds with our Rose, Yuzu & Lychee cake. A rose-infused sponge cake with layers of Yuzu cream and fresh lychee to balance the flavours of sweet and tangy together.

All cakes are Pick Up only from our Cafe in Blackburn South. Collection time is between 8am to 3pm on the collection date selected.

Care Instructions
Place in a cool area/fridge to prevent cream from melting.
Straw dowels and/or cake board may be found within cake layers to solidify cake structure. Remove during cutting, not for consumption.
Best consumed within 2-3 days of purchase.
